With an East Coast tuner scene that is strong and continually growing, it is showcase events such as Tuner Evolution Philly that bring out the best for inspiration. Now in it’s 8th season, Tuner Evolution is the perfect barometer for where car culture is at on the East Coast, as well as in the mid-west with some of our friends from Chicago making the trip. For car lovers, there is nothing more awesome than seeing the possibilities become realities with the builds that our fellow enthusiasts have accomplished. From the first photo to the last photo, the quality of competitors and exhibitors were incredible.
