June 20, 2013 ushered in the eighth annual Wicked Big Meet. This notoriously epic Subaru event overran the Stafford Motor Speedway in Stafford Springs, Connecticut at this location for the third year running. Over 4000 Subaru and automotive enthusiasts in over 2000 vehicles came together to talk performance strategies, purchase parts from long time standing companies as well as grassroots organizations, test their skills at the autocross, enter the car show or just spectate all of the above.
Among other things, Subaru is best known for its trademark flat four boxer engine, symmetrical all wheel drive system and some say the hood scoop! This unique engine arrangement and placement as well as their renowned AWD make for a system unlike any other. Whether you had a stock ride or highly modified performance machine, the love for the unique Subaru community brought you here for a fun filled day of raw power, parts & gear and conversations with fellow enthusiasts.
