Formula D New Jersey
Wall Speedway is arguably one of the most fun filled and exciting tracks on the Formula Drift circuit. The course throws every possible obstacle at the drivers from the 30 degree bank at the beginning of the run to the two long hairpins. The bank sucks drivers in every year, sometimes ending the day for some drivers, other times just adding some damage. No matter what happens to the car and if it’s still somewhat drivable, the drivers still go for it, as we saw with Jhonnattan Castro and Chelsea DeNofa who drove their cars until the tires fell off. Round 4 of the series did not disappoint and gave the fans some great battles and excitement.
Chris Forsberg has reached the podium in every round this year so far. Forsberg won in Long Beach, took third in Atlanta, second in Miami, and second in New Jersey. It seems as if “entering the dark-side” put Forsberg into an entirely different gear.
Fredric Aasbø polluting the air as he drifts to his first ever finish at the top of the podium in the Formula Drift series.
