Island Import Day (Mini) 2012

After Island Import Day literally shut down Long Island earlier this year, people have been eagerly anticipating the next Island Import Day. Careful planning has been in the works for the next big one, but in the meantime, the Island Import Day crew in conjunction with Street Wheelz and JVC Broadcasting, decided to put together a Mini-Island Import Day meet on Labor Day at Bald Hill Amphitheater in Farmingville, NY, complete with vendors, food and giveaways.
Long Island, NY car culture is strong and diverse, and it has been for decades. So it’s no surprise while checking out the coverage that you will find a good amount of representation from imports, domestics, both old, new, show and race, and just about everything else mixed in-between.
