17th Annual Import/LowRider Summer Slam

Ahhh the summer time. Just imagine, a place, where you can check out the girls in the bikinis, chillin on the sand, all while being surrounded by some of the most beautiful rides you have ever seen. Then take a short stroll, and check out some of the fastest drag racing ever, all while catching that summer tan. Sounds like a dream right? Well, go ahead and pinch yourself because if you are daydreaming, you probably missed out on the 17th Annual Import/Lowrider Summer Slam on June 30/July 1st.
It all went down at Englishtown Raceway Park in Old Bridge Township, New Jersey, and the OGS Camp once again, brought the best of the best together for all the show and race car fans. With an added twist, and a first of its kind, the “summer” in Summer Slam was emphasized by bringing the beach to Englishtown, complete with sand and the girls. On the stage behind them, Spazzo ft. DJ Magic, Chad B., David Rush, Nore, Fred Da Godson, DJ MPOS, DJ Jung and of course, the Master of Ceremonies himself, MC Slick tore it up for all the fans.
Intense competition in SFWD, Pro Stock, All Motor, 10.50 index, 11.50 index, Quick 32, Pro RWD and the bracket classes to go along with the East Coast’s best show cars, bikes and lowriders went on all weekend. Thanks to incredibly beautiful weather, there was no mistaking this was SUMMER SLAM. SNTRL’s Fam was on the scene capturing the weekend’s epic moments, behind the lens.
